Disciplines

Three practices, one philosophy.

Fitness
01

Fitness

Misinformation about fitness on social media spins out of control. Fitness is not only physical strength — it's mental well-being, mindfulness of thought, and contentment within yourself.

Reaching peak condition isn't about chasing perfection. It's about education, wisdom, and patient guidance from someone who can introduce you to diverse techniques on a timeline that actually works.

Swimming
02

Swimming

Swimming is one of the best sports for overall health. It engages most of the body's muscles, strengthens the heart, and burns calories — without the joint impact of running.

Many clients report deep calm after a good swim. Cortisol drops, stamina rises. Start slow, build gradually, and — if new — train under a teacher to keep risk low and progress steady.

Yoga

Yoga

After years of lower back pain from Spina Bifida, yoga gave me a body that felt new — and a mind that felt steady. That first class with Guru Manisekaran of the Malaysian Yoga Society changed everything.

Trained through MAYI and registered with Yoga Alliance International, I teach yoga as a long practice — postures, breath, and attention woven into the rhythm of everyday life.
